Note, however, that the best anti aging skin care can often be found among those with good nutrition and healthy lifestyle that includes foods rich in vitamin adequate. In this article, we focus on the best sources vitamin A, which will help your skin with age.
It is believed by many that vitamin A is one of the most important ingredients in any program to combat aging skin care treatment. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that plays an important role in vision, growth and development and studies have shown that primary responsibility for human development and to maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes.
The best way make sure to get enough vitamin A in your diet if you are serious about developing a good anti aging routine skin is to eat a variety of foods containing vitamin A and carotene. But there are some steps not to consume too much food and supplements that contain it.
In fact, eating too much vitamin A can be toxic to the body and the U.S. recommended daily Vitamin A is 1,000 retinal equivalents per day. The levels of excess vitamin A is not excreted by the body, but is stored in grease which provides "too much". How much is "too much" remains to be seen, but suffice it to say, it would probably be very difficult overdose of vitamin A - while not swallow supplements donÂ't like tomorrow and try to get your vitamins from natural foods and should be good.
The best food you can eat that are rich in Vitamin A are whole milk, red and dark green vegetables (carrots, red peppers, tomatoes, squash and broccoli) and fruits such as apricots and mangoes.
In addition to eating foods rich in beta-carotene (all foods above) that the body produces Vitamin A can also add a skin cream that has vitamin A in it. Make sure you buy good quality cream and preferably one that has no harmful chemicals in it.
Like most of the day of each of their routine of eating foods suggested above, have a good skin cream and should soon be on the way to have a fight better skin care, aging routine for the rest of his life.

Is this too much makeup for a 13-year ??????
heyyy ok i have dark brown hair and bright green eyes and long hair messy bun and I'm Veryyy thin. So this is what you use every day: c. brown mascara stick and I have a routine skin care and well have absolutly noooo grains at all. So is this a good deal? What else do u suggest THX ?????????:]
Mascara and chap stick is the combination perfect, but if you look like you do not wear the all clear to try some mascara thats all I have to suggest
