I need help with what makeup to use, and how do I use it, help pleaseee?

My hair red with lots of blond in it, is a bit long, and I also have dark green eyes. and pale skin, freckles, maybe a couple Tho not much, Here is a picture of me, any suggestions?

Mascara for more eyes, blush and gloss or Chap stick:) keep it simple. You do not want waste time on things too much in your face.
