What does it mean when the composition is "mineralize"? As Mac eye shadow, blush foundation, etc?

I do not understand what it means can someone please tell me? :):)

Mineralize ways with minerals. Minerals normally come in two forms, either in bulk (Loose Mineralize Foundation) or oven (which gives them a dome) and the advantage with the Shadow eyelids cooked, then you can easily use to wet or dry, without adverse consequences in the shade. In some cases, the minerals present liquid form (the Mineralize Satinfinish), but you're more likely to see Cook in a MAC, Too Faced, and Laura Geller, among others. When you compare pressure and a shadow in the oven, may vary more widely in pigmentation. I have some MAC shadows cooked with lots of pigment and others are not. They can also be brittle in some cases.
