I need a very fast way to remove black skin under eye?

Please I have an important meeting today , but i have black skin under my eye ( black rings ) bcz i havent slept too much before 2 days. please help me. i need a fast not permenant way , just today , at leaset just lessen the black skin, i need it fast result please . i am man .
