How can I hydrate my undereye area while on retin-a?

I'm 20 years old and treating my skin with retin-a for acne so my face is dehydrated. Lately I've developed under eye lines that aren't going away. I bought a Neutregena ageless under eye roller but I just don't know if it's moisturizing enough. Is there anything else I can do? Maybe olive oil under my eyes or something (I really have no idea). Thanks so much I'll be so appreciative of any advice.
