Good make-up for VERY dry skin?

I have VERY dry skin. I used to use Bare Minerals foundation, and as long as I put on lotion before I put it on, my face looked fine. For about the last 2 months, even if I put on lotion first when I put on foundation you can really see how dry my face is. Like, my face doesnt usually look dry until I put on make up and then its really obvious. I use Mark Kay extra emollient night cream every night and St. Ives lotion in the morning. I've stopped using the Bare Minerals foundation and my face is still dry, but not nearly as bad as it used to be. I'd really like to find a foundation that won't dry out my skin and will work with dry skin.

Anybody have any suggestions for moisturizers or foundation brands? I'm looking for brands that can be bought at Target, Wal-Mart, etc such as Covergirl. Not stuff you have to order online or specially or whatever.

Morning-At all start what with what you wash your face with in the morning, you need cream cleanser, and lotion, and eye cream.
Night- you need to do the same at night.
since everyone skin is different you might have to try few different products before you find what works for you. My skin care is not all from the same company they are from 3 different wants. You also need to add exfoliate and hydrating masq and cleansing masq. I wouldn't buy all the products at the same time, just in case if it doesn't work out. Start with cleanser and one moisturizer. For dry skin never use powder products on skin. Alwasy us liquid foundations. To set your make up use loose power. At always start with the base skin care. Good Luck
