How do "popular" girls get so "perfect"?

I go to a Catholic School, (8th grade)and believe it or not there are popular kids there and it drives me crazy. How do all the popular girls manage to have "perfect" everything? Like hair, weight (some of them are so skinny it's insane! SIGH.), skin, (Even tho we're not allowed to wear makeup, I think they all do.) clothes, shoes. Some of them seem so shallow. Not all of them of course. But they probably get all designer clothes and everything. But honestly, how do all the popular girls manage to be so "perfect" in EVERYTHING? I'm pretty average I guess, I guess I'm naturally pretty but everyone is...and I'm pretty skinny, but I don't work at it. I'm not at all rich, I don't have much...I have great friends, though not many. And personality wise, I'm smart, nice, quiet (definitely weird! lol) I'm pretty happy with myself, but there are times when I feel so...low next to other girls, who look gorgeous all the time.

Don't worry so much about it. I know this is hard to understand for you now but in 10 years I am sure you will. See this is how it works all those popular girls will be continuing to try and be popular they will do whatever it takes to be in the "in crowd" they will probably spend all their time at the mall and worry about their looks. While you on the other hand will not only be naturally pretty but more focused on your learning (hopefully) and when they are out of high school trying to make their way though college you will be breezing through. You will get a good job while they are still wondering what to do with their lives. Hope this helps keep your chin up!
