I popped a pimple (or two) and now my face is marked, can you suggest a healing skin treatment or beauty mask?

I did pop it hygienically with the sterile tip of a needle, and two q-tips to push but I kept going untill after the clear liquid came out so I think I squeezed too long. Before I did this I was using Clinique spot healing gel which is a salicylic acid for two days but when that didn’t woke I felt loike I had to in for the kill. Now all I want to do is to heale and refresh my skin. No homemade, honey stuff just real products that will sooth my skin and allow it to get better quickly.

Don't use masks or makeups like foundation, that just clogs your pours more and causes more pimples. Sure it's nice to cover it up, but that's only a temporary solution that will make your skin worse over time. I would suggest putting some neosporin on the popped pimple and wait for it to heal. Instead of popping pimples, you can use toothpaste to dry out pimples, perhaps before you go to bed so no one sees paste on your face. Also, if you HAVE to pop pimples, you need to not use your nails. Don't use bare hands either, there are so many germs on hands that you're just putting that nasty stuff right into your face. Use some latex gloves. Also make sure to get UNDER the pimple and push it up and out. If you push in on the sides of it, you irritate it and squeeze the pimple's oil all under your skin, then you've got an even bigger problem. If you can't get UNDER the pimples, you need to leave it alone, otherwise you're just causing damage to your skin. Once you've popped, make sure to wash your face so you don't spread that oil to other pours.

Bananas are not only a great source of nutrients for our body, but also they can help our skin to look young and healthy when used in a facial mask. Bananas contain a lot of Vitamin C, A, B6 and B12, and also potassium and magnesium. Moreover, the fruit acids in bananas help to remove dead skin and energize the complexion.

How to make banana facial mask.

Mash a banana with 1 tablespoon of honey. The banana and honey have a firming and moisturizing effect on the skin, as well as a light exfoliation of dead skin cells.

It is very easy to do and... you have just prepared your banana facial mask. Now apply the mask to cleansed face and neck, but remember to avoid the eye area.

Leave the mask on for about 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

You can also Wheat Germ and Jojoba. In this case, cut a banana in half and mash it with a fork. You do not want it to become to runny. Now, add 1 tablespoon of wheat germ and ¼ tablespoon of soothing jojoba oil to exfoliate. Mix it all gently to combine the ingredients. Now put the mask on your face and neck (avoid the eye area). Leave it on for about 10 minutes and rinse with warm and then cool water.

You could also add oatmeal to your banana facial mask. Oatmeal clams and moisturizes the skin. Simply mix a fairly large banana with ¼ to ½ cup of oatmeal. You can use oatmeal as is, but you can also grind it so it becomes a powder. Mix the oatmeal with the banana until it is moistened. The mixture should be thick and if it is too runny, add more oatmeal. Put the mask on your face and neck (remember to avoid the eye area) and leave for about 20 minutes. Remove the mask with a wash cloth and rinse off with warm water.

If you want to prevent scarring add Vitamin E Oil to your banana facial mask. Vitamin E is a well-known healing agent and helps clear up skin eruptions.

To make a banana facial mask with Vitamin E Oil, simply add 1/8 tablespoon to a mashed banana and stir.

Apply the mask to your face and neck (avoid the eye area) and leave for about 10 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water.
