I bought liquid eye liner because they ran out of the pencil kind, and when i first tried it i put on eye shadow first, then i started the eye line. When i finished, My eyes looked like i drew on the upper lid. I figured thats how its suppose to look but then i looked in a magazine and its not. How do you apply liquid eye liner?
