How do you put on individual eyelashes? It came with a glue but I can't figure out how to apply them.?

Do I need special tools?
Do I have to put the glue on the lashes or on my natural lashes?
Is it the same as gluing hairweave?

First, you will need tweezers, lashes and glue.
