From today wet still aren't allow liquids as hand luggage.i.e. perfume. If i buy this in duty free can....

I take it on board as it will be sealed or am i not allowed to take it on board?

anything you buy airside is allowed on board. i work as cabin crew and when i go through staff security you can see all the water, perfume, food, everything being security scanned for sale. as long as you buy the stuff from airport shops in the departure lounge, you can take anything on board. as long as you're not travelling to the usa.
