In most cases no and you shouldn't be jealous (IE she's just self-conscious in general not toward you or anyone in particular).

But if she is doing anything weird chances are she puts on the body splash mostly/only when she's about to go out without you. In that case what I would do is go out with collogne when you are going out without her & when she asks why you're doing so say "you know it's only fair". However she is probably not cheating at work unless she shows other signs of disatisfaction toward you like being untypically cranky for no apparent reason, suddenly panic-ing to get in shape, going on huge clothing shopping binges, denying and/or not enjoying sex... If she does these things you might want to ask her about it and, if she panics and yet gives little info hire a private investigator...but short of that, again, she is probably just self-conscious in general.
