is this a facial washing routine for a guy?
I wash my face with a plastic wash pouf
I use Dandelion sap to dry up spots.
Wash face each morning with a clinique cleanser and a plastic wash pouf, then rinse thoroughly, shave with a good razor, then wipe my face with a cotton ball soaked in toner (either with witch hazel or hydrogen peroxide not sure which one to use), then I use a non-comedogenic moisturizer.
Is it good to take all of these vitamins daily?

Fiber (need 20g/day)

I am also on accutane.
It is recommended that everyone cleanse, tone, and moisturize on a daily basis so it sounds like you have a pretty good routine down. I noticed that you're on Accutane so I am glad to hear that you're not exfoliating with anything harsh.
A few things I would suggest:
- Get some SPF into your moisturizer! No one should ever, ever leave the house without some SPF.
- Don't tone your face with pure hydrogen peroxide; dilute it with some water before applying to your face. However, I suggest using witch hazel (which is fabulous) or a product specifically created for mens' shaving/toning.
- Try to work a treatment masque into your routine once a week. If your skin is dry, try to find a light and soothing gel masque that will refresh and hydrate your skin. If your skin is more oily or prone to breakouts, try something with a bit of clay in it to draw out impurities and refine your pores.
As for the vitamins, I am not a doctor or nutritionist so I cannot specifically advise you in that area... but I can say that I take most of those vitamins myself on a daily basis and nothing looks to be out of order.
Keep up with the skincare regimen. It's always nice to see men putting time and effort into their skincare.

Water damage on canon xsi?
Okay, I got a canon digital rebel xsi less than 2 months ago. Today, I came home from school and found it sitting on a magazine with an empty bottle of make up removed on it's side next to it (if it matters, it was clinique rinse-off eye make up solvent) Anyway, the camera was completely dry, but the magazine was still fairly damp, so I know the spill must have occurred early in the morning once i left and the camera had been sitting there all day.
I took everything out and let it dry but when you turn it on the lcd screen is dark and has water spots everywhere. It was like this for awhile but it just started to flicker now as well.
Is this damage repairable?

Amongst all the options available in the market, the best option to cure Scalp Psoriasis would be to take necessary measures at home, without using harmful chemicals or prescription medications. Below mentioned are some of the natural remedies that can be tried in order to treat Scalp Psoriasis.
The first thing that you can do is create a pre-wash solution by combining 2 ounces of aloe-vera gel with 3-5 drops of lavender essential oil. Since Lavender and aloe-vera are well known as soothing agents, you should be expedite the healing process. You can mix the solution and apply it to your scalp. You can wash your scalp after a period of 15-30 minutes.
You can now create a scalp psoriasis rub by taking one tablespoon dried calendula flowers in a container that is heat proof and pouring a cup of boiling water on it. Once you have left the flowers in the water for about 10-15 minutes, your scalp psoriasis treatment rub should now be ready.
While bathing, you can use this calendula tea to wash your scalp. For best results, its recommended that you message your scalp gently and allow this tea to remain for a minimum of 5 minutes or more. Calendula is not only helpful for reducing inflammation, it also helps in speeding the healing process. After 5 minutes, you can use a baby shampoo to rinse thoroughly.
Now create a scalp psoriasis rinse by mixing 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with one cup of apple cider vinegar. This solution can be used to rinse your hair after you have shampooed your hair with mild baby shampoo in the last step. Finally rinse you hair with warm water.
